So sadly, it is getting harder and harder to find centralized places for this pairing. Even harder to find active ones. What can I say, I love C/A and from the look of the tags (only 9?!), they could use one last PIMP! LOL

Top 5 C/A Standalones

Another rec for [livejournal.com profile] buffyversetop5

So I did top 5 WIPs being worked on recently here and now, it is time for my Top 5 fave C/A standalones (again, that I didn't write. LOL). Most of these are fairly recent from this year. Mostly cause I had a computer crash and I lost ALL my faves. Never a good thing.

Adding to the difficulty, that while so many great C/A standalones came out in 2006, a lot of them are on C/A message boards that you have to be a member of. So, I made sure these were all on LJ or personal websites this time. :) (Though I think before Sunday, I might do a communities post for C/A fans. There is so much good stuff out there that needs more fandom support.)

Top 5 'Verse Yahoo RPGs

Oh yes, yet another [livejournal.com profile] buffyversetop5 rec list. I am starting to get a bit addicted to these. LOL

I figured that this might be something that people weren't familiar with and when I saw the RPG tag in the tag list, it inspired me. (I use the tag list...a lot.) Not sure how many people are familiar with RPGs (Role playing games) but the 'verse has some of the most active and longest running games, especially on Yahoo. These are PBeM more so than a message board, chat, or communities settings.

So I picked out five great ones that I play in that have strong characterization, great voices, fabulous plots, and just really fun people. They are great to join if you are into RPing or if you just want to lurk to see great stories unfold.

I am starting off with the big momma of them all...

Top 5 C/A WIPs

I did another post over on [livejournal.com profile] buffyversetop5. Hopefully this one goes over better than the fiasco with my funny video post. LOL

Top 5 C/A WIPs for 2006 (that I didn't help to write. LOL) (And that have been updated recently!) (And I hope I got all the tags right too!)

I figured that since we have had a lot of Spuffy recs and a lot of slash recs, I might toss in some recs for my particular pairing fave. :) Most of these come from the Stranger Things message board, which is a great place for C/A fans anyway.

I think the biggest problem with WIPs is if the author will ever finish them. So I picked some that had been updated recently and that the author seems really committed to finishing. And even that was hard to narrow it down to five because there are so many great ones!

Okay, I posted this over on [livejournal.com profile] buffyversetop5 but I am not sure if it exactly fits since it was videos UPLOADED in 2006, not neccessarily made in 2006. So I am posting it here too. But you can go leave comments over there. (And join that comm too. It is a great place. I am going to try to get some C/A recs in there before it closes on the 15th)

I am going by the date that they were added to YouTube. It is the only way I could tell if they were from 2006. I hope that is okay, if not, please feel free to delete. These are pretty much for teens and above.
