Possible Plagiarism in BTVS/ATS fandom

This isn't a report as much as a plea for help to make a report. I don't know if this is a clear cut plagarism case but orbofthesulah looks like she has been 'inspired' by some writers, even going so far as to take lines and ideas from their fics:

I sent a PM to queen_mecha but it doesn't look like they have been on LJ since 2007. I don't think they are the same author because of the different writing styles but I contacted queen_mecha any way to be sure. No response yet. queen_mecha responded and she isn't orbofthesulah.

I think she might have also plagarized x_spikeaholic_x due to comments that were deleted on this entry: http://orbofthesulah.livejournal.com/17460.html (She credits Spikeaholic later)

orbofthesulah's grammar/spelling ranges so wildly on her fanfics, it looks like others might be plagarized but I'm not sure how to go about figuring out if more of them are. Is there anyone out there in the Spike/Faith, Angel/Faith, Angel/Spike/Faith circles that could help me in identifying more of them?

LOL if you can't write fic, why steal other peeps works? Sooner or later, you will get caught! If she's done this, who knows how many people she's ripped off in her other stories. Wow. This is just...sad.

I doubt her getting caught has done anything. I mean, how many people are members of S_P?

Could just be me, but I'd say the fact that it doesn't look like an isolated incident makes it plagiarism. That she's had to edit one of her previous works to make the point that someone else did the writing kinda says it all -- the fact that she had to be told (albeit in a deleted comment) to edit in credit for the lines she'd stolen, says she had no issue stealing them in the first place, and only amended after getting caught.

Such being the case (presumably)... she's been called on this before, refused to change her ways, so I'd say throwing the book at her is definitely fair game.

I have no sympathy for plagiarists. None. The thing is, she doesn't seem the least bit sorry for it, which makes it even worst imho.

Honestly, if you can't write, why take someone else's hard work? I can't write fic, though I would love to. But, there is no way that I would steal someone else's fic. I hope someone stops this.

S-P filed a report but honestly, the impression I got from the person handling the case is that she was so clueless and she just didn't care that she was stealing.
