xlivvielockexIn case no one has noticed, I am in a buttload of RPGs. I enjoy them, they make me happy. Wee! So I am going to try pimping them on LJ. This is just one of the steps.

Game Description: Set after the end of both Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel The Series in 2004. Back story is that the Sunnydale Scoobies and Slayers gang has gone overseas to seek their own paths while the Fang Gang fought the evil of Wolfram and Hart. Faith, knowing Angel was the only one who ever believed in her, joined the battle in LA at the last moment. The only survivors of the LA battle were those two, Angel and Faith. But Angel has struck a deal to bring the dead back again. Both good and bad. Only no one has been coming back to life the same. Cordelia has some strange new powers and Faith is starting to hear voices. Spike has come back human while Tara and Anya have no memory of their life in Sunnydale. We encourage people who take deceased characters to have them have something wrong with them, such as amnesia, being human, personality shift, etc when brought back to life. We want people to be as creative as possible and explore the options. Most canons are taken but we are encouraging a lot of original characters and especially original Slayer characters. Check out files for taken canons, there are still some left! We want everyone, good and bad. Once you join, rules, back story, and such will be sent to you.

Specific Requirements: We could really use a Willow in this group. And naturally, some original character Slayers.
Game Description: Set a year after the end of Not Fade Away, Faith has been in Cleveland setting up not only a Slayer school with Willow but stopping a new evil from rising. The only thing she doesn’t realize is that Cordelia and Anya are helping to bring this evil into the world. Wolfram and Hart brought the two back from the dead, their memories tampered with so they both believe they are agents of evil. However, no one has yet realized this as Faith calls Angel and the LA crew to Cleveland along with Buffy to help her in stopping this new threat. Angel has never fully recovered from losing most of his friends and family. Gunn has spent the last year in the hospital recovering from his battle injuries but he is still weak. And Connor has taken his place at his father’s side, being the only thing that keeps Angel from going into another “beige period”. Buffy has been taking care of Dawn after a break up with The Immortal in Italy. Rather than leave Dawn with her, she has brought her to Cleveland to keep an eye on her. Willow has been working closely with Faith to build up the Slayer school and train the new Slayers. She has also been strengthening her powers. In game, people are just beginning to arrive in Cleveland. Taken characters are: Buffy, Faith, Angel, Connor, Gunn, Cordelia, Spike, Dawn, Xander, Riley, Wesley, Fred, Gwen and Anya. Looking for original Slayers and more evil characters to work with Anya and Cordelia at W&H.

Game Description: Note: This game is AU. Angel: Season Five did not happen. Angel did not sign any deals with Wolfram and Hart. Fred was not taken by Illyria, no one died. It is 2006. Two years of business as usual (or unusual) since Cordelia fell into her coma. Angel pleaded with Willow to have her alter Connor’s memories. She obliged and he now believes he was raised by Cordelia and Angel, from infancy to adulthood. However, Cordelia is still trapped in her coma with no sign of help in sight. She can, however, communicate her visions to the rest of the crew through their dreams. Buffy and Xander have met up after Buffy spent a year roaming the Earth like Kane from Kung Fu. They are in New Orleans now as Buffy tries to find the root of dreams that have been plaguing her for months. She only realizes after seeing a photograph of Connor that he is the boy from her dreams, the boy she has to save. The game is starting with people arriving in New Orleans to find out who or what wants Connor. Taken characters are: Buffy, Xander, Fred, Gunn, Connor, Cordelia, Faith, Spike, Dawn, Willow, and Angel.

Game Description: This is another AU game. It picks up in the middle of Season Three, right after Waiting In The Wings. The end of that evening didn’t go as planned on the show. On their way home, Cordelia and Wesley were in a severe car accident that put them both into comas. As such, Connor was never taken and Wesley never betrayed the group. Wolfram and Hart is still going full force against Angel. Lindsay, despite trying to change his life, is now being hunted by Wolfram and Hart as well. It is up to the Angel team to save him. We may be working out storylines from Seasons 4 and 5 or we just might ignore them completely. We recently had an ownership change and are trying to run the group as a co-op between players. Because this is an Angel game, we aren’t taking Buffy characters. We would love to get a Lorne or even AU versions of current canons. And original characters are always welcome. Taken characters are: Angel, Cordelia, Fred, Gunn, Wesley, Lindsay, Lilah, Gavin, Gwen, Doyle, and Darla.

Specific Requirements: You need to be not afraid of just jumping in and getting your feet wet. Every night, we run a public scene that any character is free to jump into. We don't spend a lot of time asking people to play. If you want to play, jump in. We will find a plot for you.
Game Description: This ad is for a real time cross-franchise roleplaying chat room. Its something that a lot of people here might have never experienced. So come experience it with us! Real time chat that kicks up around 10am PST and runs until about 10pm PST. Anyone can pop in at anytime with a character in a public place, and be assured someone to interact with. We encourage players to either make up their own characters, use a character from a television show, movie, book, video game, whatever, as long as they fit within the modern day setting. Interested people can check out the webpage for more information. The basic premise is a small town outside of Los Angeles. And everyone who comes to town gets a free meal at Bliss, thanks to the owner, Kelly Slater. There is good, there is evil. There are humans, there are vampires. There are demons, there are angels. Just about anything goes. Completely cross franchise so you are looking at original characters thrown in with characters from Buffy/Angel, Smallville, Port Charles, Nip/Tuck, General Hospital, Anne Rice, Laurell K. Hamilton, whatever you fancy. Right now, we are running two Buffy/Angel plots, a Smallville plot, a Lost plot, a Charmed plot and a plot for the original characters. Thing is...they all interconnect! Its crazy!! Crazy fun!
