Fred/Gunn was definitely my favorite Angel couple. They were all... you know... actually couply... I liked their phone calls back and forth, her guessing what he was wearing, him bringing her breakfast.
That's also why I liked Willow/Tara, since they were shown doing more couple-like things as well.

Which was lovely.
And Wes/Lilah- Sick. Twisted. Hawt. As far as angst sex goes? Wes/Lilah so much better than Spuffy.
