The writing isn't bad on that and it's a pretty crucial part to move the plot forward. Yes, I hate hate hate the ConCord stuff and my heart aches for Angel, if I put shipper/char feelings aside, the episode is decent. It has some great shots and interesting directing so I can pass because it tries.
