There's no call for that sort of behavior. No call whatsoever. You can dislike a character all you want, but the actors are real people and bad-mouthing them is not only crass but an insult to fandom.

And banning people from one's journal for having a differing opinion, or for defending the real person one is openly attacking is immature. It is also pure cowardice to attack someone and then refuse to engage in dialogue about such attacks. "You're only welcome here if you agree with me" is a loathsome premise that sickens me.
