30 Days of TV Meme - Day 24

My husband fully embraces the nerdier parts of my personality so naturally, I have been talking to him about this meme. Yesterday, we were sitting around, enjoying a nice breakfast at the local Eatin' Place (no seriously, that is the name) when I said "Tomorrow is going to be hard for that meme thingy. It's best quote."

Now my husband, he is full of helpful suggestions /sarcasm. There is something you should know about him. He does the voices from Family Guy. Whenever he has to tell me no, he does in the voice of Superman's maid and says "No, no, Missah Superman no es here. No, no, I have no money." Sometimes, he will randomly break into a conversation with this:

Yes, he says "That's Alan's dog!" or some variation of "They took Zeus! Oh no!". He writes it on our message board. So of course he is going to think that is the best quote. Me, I just rolled my eyes at him. I told him this had to be MY best quote. I said out of the thousands of hours of television I have watched, how was I supposed to pick ONE quote. And then it was his turn to roll his eyes and say "What do you say to me whenever I'm being a jackass?" Lightbulb!

Yes, it is ridiculous how much the Soup Nazi is used every day. From "No sex for you, come back one year" to "No soda for you, come back one year" to "No television for you, come back one year". I just pretty much substitue whatever I don't want him to have for soup and viola! It's universal. And that is why, it has to be my best quote. :)

LOL! First of all, Family Guys is love and that's an awesome lulzy scene right there. Second of all, Soup Nazi FTW! I loved that episode, it was so hilarious especially George being so cautious. LOL! And I love how well your hubby knows you. He just automatically rolled his eyes and told you your favorite quote. That's awesome!

We've been together for going on 11 years so hopefully he knows me by now. LOL But yeah, he really does know me way too well. I always talk to him about this sort of thing when I have to fill out memes.

I keep asking him to let me tape him when he does his Family Guy voices but he gets shy.

The scarier thing? We were ALWAYS like this, since the day we met. We were really close friends before we started dating and it was always like we shared a sense of humor. He really is my better half.

LMAO, perfect! :D. That is one of the best and most quotable lines ever, I definitely use that one often enough myself (though I'm lame and just say "soup" lol).
