Thanks for taking a look at them. I really do think it is this monitor. I had my old monitor for 10 years with no problems. I bought this new one and now this (and the fact that it attracts dust like you wouldn't believe).

I think I might switch over to the husband's computer or my laptop and see how the icons look then. But I do appreciate you taking a look. :)
